Food Business Incubation Network (FoodBIN) Listserv - Target Audience
The FoodBIN listserv has been designed for us by both existing and new/developing food incubator and innovation center organizations.
The FoodBIN listserv can be utilized by any existing food incubation and innovation organizations so they can become more effective. This may include sharing procedures on incubator operations, training programs that can be utilized by clients, and business or technical information related to client needs. This may also be used for linking food retailers and wholesalers to food processors and farmers, linking food processors to farmers and ingredient suppliers, and linking incubator programs with each other that can offer expertise in complementary areas. Existing food incubators can also utilize this listserv to seek out funding resources and partnerships to grow their programs, and to communicate workshops, seminars, and conferences of interest to the group.
The FoodBIN listserv can also be utilized by any new and developing incubator organizations, in communities around the world. This will provide a virtual forum for listserv participants to understand best practices in business incubation, ask questions about feasibility studies, identify sources of incubator funding, and source consultants and service providers that can implement new programs.
The FoodBIN listserv is a free service in which members can email all subscribers of this listserv questions pertinent to their incubator program.
