Intensive Hands-On Food Safety Training Curriculum
This is an intensive program with full-day coverage of topics that are vitally important to all food processors. Going beyond classroom lectures, this series offers various formats of presentation including tours through an actual processing facility, hands-on activities and group problem-solving scenarios complete with a written comprehension self-assessment exercise. Each module comes with a Certificate of Attendance, and after attending all 6 modules a Certificate of Completion is awarded. These classes are appropriate for any level of employee in the food processing industry, from new hires to senior management.
