Where: We recommended bringing your personnel off-site to our conference room at the Rutgers Food Innovation Center. The Rutgers Food Innovation Center is located at 450 East Broad Street, in Bridgeton, NJ. For driving directions click here. Alternatively, this 2 1/2 day class can be held at your location as well.
Cost: To encourage employers to have more of their management and staff participate in this critical training, we can bring the instruction to your site for a fixed cost of $3600 per course. This includes 20 hours of classroom instruction, and textbooks for up to 10 participants. There will be an additional fee for any overnight lodging that may be required, and for mileage and travel expenses for companies outside of New Jersey. This option can be very economical for the company, as the number of participants receiving the training is limited only by the size of your training room, and you cover travel expenses for one instructor rather than multiple employees traveling off-site. For example, if you have 10 employees attend this training, the per-person cost is only $360.
